Telephone counselling

Toronto Telephone Counselling

Professional ~ Caring ~ Compassionate

WHY is telephone counselling helpful?
Distance, time constraints, travel, weather, disabilities, work and/or family obligations often limit a client's ability to attend an in-person therapy session. For these reasons, telephone counselling is available from Toronto Psychological Services.

With anonymity you may feel free to talk about issues that you may find difficult to discuss in a face-to-face session. Flexible scheduling means an opportunity for you to call when it is convenient for you.

WHO is telephone counselling for?
Telephone counselling at TPS is suited to persons 18+ years of age. Telephone counselling at TPS is not crisis counselling. If you are in crisis or suffer with mental illness, please call your local hospital, psychologist or mental health worker as soon as possible.
