Suited to children with anxiety who may need to develop skills prior to September. 10-weeks

Anxiety: Cognitive Behavioural Play Therapy children learn to challenge thought patterns that lead to negative thinking and uncomfortable feelings.

Group members must have had a Psychological Assessment conferring diagnosis within the last 2-years. 10-weeks.

Social Skill: Develop social skills; understand the meaning of friendship; understand and express your thoughts and feelings

Group members must have had a Psychological Assessment conferring a diagnosis of Mild Developmental Disability within the last 2-years

Developmental: Getting a friend and being a friend. Looks at growing up female and relational issues. Positive girl images/outlook. Peer pressure and learning to be true to yourself
